• This product by default will send out a default fingerprint with no note. If you need customisation of fingerprint or customised message, pls select "CUSTOMISED FINGERPRINT & NOTE" under "Finish-Engraving". After you made your order, pls send us your photo of fingerprint and message to add (max. 6 characters or letters) with your order no. toservice@olamaison.com within 3 days after your order placed. If we receive no email from your order after 3 days, your ring will be shipped out as our default fingerprint with no message.
• Only customisation of fingerprint and message is supported. No other customisation is supported.
• Result will depends on clarify of photo and only a part of fingerprint will be extracted for the ring engraving.
• Email with no order number will not be handled.
