After you made your order, if you have any other question, pls contact us (service@olamaison.com) with your order no. to within 3 days after your order placed. If we receive no email from your order after 3 days, your items will be shipped out as our default fingerprint with no message.
• Only customisation of fingerprint and message is supported. No other customisation is supported.
• Result will depends on clarify of photo and only a part of fingerprint will be extracted for the ring engraving.
• Email with no order number will not be handled.
