Restrictions
Please note that there are some restrictions as our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). Please be sure to put your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
Some restrictions include:
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are in the United States and choose Express Shipping; however, we can ship to a P.O. Box address if you choose Standard Shipping instead.
- We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are NOT in the United States for any types of shipping methods.
- We can't ship to non-continental Europe, usually refer to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
